The designer will meet with the client at the property for a 90 minute consultation to discuss the client’s vision including plants and planting ideas, color-scheme, hardscape ideas, maintenance capabilities, irrigation adjustments and general lifestyle to better understand your landscape goals.
The consultation will extend to 120 minutes and include a sketch of property and plan ideas, including specific hardscape elements and botanical plant list. The sketch will not be to scale.
A Landscape Design Plan is a single sheet plan drawing delineating the major elements within your landscape design and is not intended to serve as a complete set of landscape construction documents. The drawing will be scaled to either a 1/8” or 1/4” depending upon property size.
